The historical tradition of Livery Companies is that of supporting, developing and protecting their trades and crafts, whilst acting in charitable ways in the wider community and also being ‘clubs’ in which members can enjoy fellowship.

The Worshipful Company of Management Consultants became a fully-fledged Livery Company of the City of London on 4th May 2004. With many challenges before it, the Company is now proudly the 105th Livery Company in a succession dating back to medieval times. Though much has gone before, in many ways this is only the beginning.

Please download the full colour paper ‘The Work We Do’ for a quick resume of the many intriguing types of charitable work undertaken by our Company.

Please also check the explanatory note 'Giving and Gaining' to learn more about the ways in which our Members gain from the rewarding opportunities that the Company creates, at the same time of giving of their skills in the interests of the wider community.
